Discover how to create short, impactful presentations to engage stakeholders.

Grow Your Comfort Zone

Join us for an engaging workshop, "Grow Your Comfort Zone," led by applied improvisation specialist Nigel Sutton. Instead of merely pushing ourselves to step outside our comfort zones, a more sustainable and transformative approach is to actively expand our comfort zones to encompass the uncomfortable. This mindset shift encourages us to embrace challenges, uncertainty, and unfamiliar situations as opportunities for growth and learning. By nurturing this ability to be comfortable with the uncomfortable, we unlock our full potential and develop resilience in the face of challenges. It's about recognising that discomfort is not a hindrance but a catalyst for professional development. When we prioritise growing our comfort zone, we empower ourselves to adapt, innovate, and thrive in the ever-changing corporate world, making us better equipped to face whatever challenges work might throw our way. Learn to manage change with ease, becoming comfortable in times of uncertainty. This workshop isn't just about individual growth; it's also about cultivating a supportive workplace culture, so your team can achieve higher goals and improved performance together. Join us for a fun-filled experience that promises growth and collaboration for your entire team.

I Am My Workplace Culture

Developing strong cohesive team cultures It makes sense that working in a team with a positive culture is more productive and enjoyable, but who is responsible for developing this culture? What role does each individual play in developing team culture? How do my attitudes, beliefs and mindset contribute or disrupt a cohesive team. This workshop explores the driving influences and the role we all play in developing our workplace culture.
